So I had some unrelated problems with my board, so I sent it to Virtue and got a replacement. All the problems were fixed, but I noticed something funny about both boards.

If I have the eyes on and hold the trigger for a forced shot, the solenoid clicks, then I put my finger in the breech and pull the trigger, the solenoid also clicks.

But if I have nothing in the breech, fire a forced shot, then quickly put my finger in the breech JUST after the solenoid clicks, the eyes read a ball in the breech but doesn't fire when I pull the trigger, regular pulls or forced shot. I don't get an eye malfunction indicator either. The board just doesn't respond to trigger pulls at all.

Has anyone else had this issue or noticed it?

I'm fine with it now and don't want to mail it back just for this, but it was annoying when I was breaking in my Eigenbolt and got terrible FSDO (ball stuck between detents) and had to shoot through jams.

i can try with my virtue.

if it doesn't affect anything during games then no real issue to send it off.

Thanks, and yeah, I don't have bolt-stick with my Eigen anymore so it should be good.

yeah. kinda just locks it up. but isn't a problem during normal play.

You might want to check your eye board to see if there is any damage to the traces? If you put the screws in the wrong place you can damage the board because they aren't all the same length. Not saying you did, but it's worth a check?
