I have a Hurricanes Etek 1 that I'm having quite the time trying to fix.

What happens is:

• When aired up the ram shoots forward and the gun leaks from the right side exhaust port.

I have:

• Replaced all o-rings on the rammer.
  
• Tried a confirmed working minifold/solenoid combo.
  
• Replaced LPR housing o-rings
  
• Replaced rammer body o-rings and valve o-rings
  
• Placed a working LPR on it
  
• Placed a working HPR on it.
  
• Checked the banjo fittings to make sure they weren't obstructed.

I'm really not sure how to proceed here.

I know this is kind of rubbing salt in a wound but did you replace the rammer orings with the correct sizes? Wow this one is kind of beyond me. Especially since you addressed the rammer and housing. Uziel where you at?

I checked them against an o-ring size chart I got in my o-ring monkey kit and I changed them a second time just to be sure. That has certainly crossed my mind.

When you say right side exhaust port what hole you referring to?

If you hold the body with the feedneck pointing down, the exhaust port on the right of the minifold under the solenoid.

Ohh got you. I have no experience in the solenoids. I have yet to touch mine. *knock on wood*

Maybe your LPR pressure to high or low? is it flush?

Flush. I've also used 2 LPRS and they both produce the same result.

Usually the rammer flying forward is an improper/broken oring on the rammer. Have you replaced all the orings in the gun with an Etek oring kit?

I had my rammer housing in upside down one time. Did something similar to that.

Open hole ispointing up. Closed hole is pointing down.
