Feathertouch issue and manifold question

Hopefully this hasn't been covered already (I did a google search and found similar results, but not quite what I'm looking for).

Setup: Luxe 1.5
Pooty Set: FLAT FACE BOLT, V2 LOW PRESSURE CAN, Using the low pressure guide (no HP rod) and sprung.
14 MS dwell, rest of the settings are stock. 100% battery
When asking this question, I was a bit low on air (700-900 PSI, if not a bit less). I'm assuming my problems can be attributed to low air, but I want to double check before I take it out tomorrow.

1.I installed the feathertouch screw just now. Before installing the screw, my luxe was shooting perfectly fine (with the pooty core and bolt). Now with the FT screw, I'm getting really bad FSDO. The first few shots half-cycle, then it shoots. Once I stop shooting, it does the same thing over again.
What should I change in respect to settings?

2. How far in should you screw the feathertouch screw? Really tight (seems like it would strip)? just flush? Till it stops?
Edit: Just found the answer to this one; flush with the manifold/solenoid body.

3. I've been told to thread the manifold screw in 1.5 turns from flush. What exactly is flush?
I want the luxe to shoot as quite and smooth as possible, I'm not too concerned with BPS (as long as I can hit 15'ish). I read that I should screw it in about 5 turns, FSDO at 12 ms, and dwell at 14 MS.

I don't think you can run FT with the pooty core.

FT just screw in until it stops don't try to torque it cause the head may snap off.

with the pooty core you dont need the FT screwn and the manifold screw 1 1/2 in from flush

Alright, thanks guys. Removing the FT then.
I believe the previous owner had it set at 1 1/2 so I should be good to go
