First, what is your reg pressure set at? Are there any damaged or bound orings? Is it lubed properly? Have you tried a new battery?

We need a lot more information before we can help you.

Does it cycle at higher pressure? What spacers and inserts are you using? When's the last time you lubed it?

just relubed and cleaned it. Space is the big red one, dont know much about these guns sorry. And inser would be what? there is a black one near the bolt tip and inside that there is a red one. At higher pressure it barely does 1/4th of a cycle. feels like theres just air coming out and the noid leaks.

Read the manual. Read the stickies. Learn about how this gun works otherwise you're going to have headaches--it's not an ego.

The glaring problem looks like your spacer setup. There isn't enough volume to move the bolt. Take out your red spacer and switch the red insert with the green one in the bolt and see what happens.
