Best lower tube kit

I am looking for a new lower tube kit for my cocker. It currently has an E-blade on it however I also have a CCM pump kit for it. I plan on switching between the two depending on what I feel like playing so the kit needs to be able to keep up with a high ROF.

Suggestions for a kit that will be good?

An MQ2 would be the bee's knees, but if you're going traditional spring and hammers this would be my selection.

AKA tornado valve
Freeflow or ST hammer (I prefer heavy hammers and lower pressures)
Maddman springs
Flat lug

You could throw a ccm lower in there. But I am a huge fan of stock internals and a good reg. My buddy had a rat valve that was super quiet. Really just throw anything in there and mess around with the springs and pressure.

Exactly, the best would be a mq2

CCM lowers are very good.

I have two of them in my cockers. Comes with very light springs so you can cock with very low ram pressure.
