i talked to them on the phone around 6 months ago, they answered first time all 3 times i called them

I also tried calling and emailing 3-4 months ago, but no response. I placed an order on the website and got a tracking email within a day and my packaged arrived in a week.

Last time I spoke with them back in January Larry was starting chemo, haven't tried to call them since then.
