ski pants?

Going to be playing in a scenario game in a couple weeks and with the recent blizzard in New England it looks like I'll be playing in snow. Wondering if ski pants would work well? If not - any recommendations?

I guess that would work, just not as durable as paintall pants. I used to wear sweatpants under my paintball pants when playing in snow, and that worked great for me.

I would just wear thermals under your pants, since you'll be moving a good bit your legs should stay pretty warm. In ski pants I feel like you'll overheat really quickly and have a bad time.

EDIT: If its Ice Station Zebra, you better be on the Russian side or I think I'm required to hate you.

Paintball pants and cold gear bottoms are what I use for winter ball., keeps me warm enough. If your main concern is staying dry, then ski, or snow board pants may be better.

Ill add to the paintball pants+cold gear fron under armor. The thing about cotton (sweatpants) is once wet from melting snow they loose insulating value. Something designed as an insulator, and wicking/synthetic will keep you much, much warmer.

Bring em anyways. Thermals or sweats under paintball pants will keep you warm, but paintball pants arnt waterproof.

Whatever you normally wear, plus some thermals/sweats underneath. When I go skiing, I just wear jeans with sweats underneath, and I'm perfectly OK. Found no need for ski pants.
Never tried pbing in the snow though......
