Geo problem, not firing
Hey everyone,
I'm having some problems with my all stock geo1. The gun airs up with no leaks, but it will no fire. There is a very, very faint puff coming from the solenoid. I cleaned/lubed everything, new battery, stock settings on board but still nothing. The HPR is getting about 150psi of pressure. Anybody have any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks,
Kevin

I'm thinking a gum up in the solenoid spool pack, or the pilot valve might have given out, but they are pretty robust pilots. When you pull out the solenoid, be prepared to replace some little orings, once you relax those orings, they can be kind of a pain to get back in.

Did you check the solenoid back check ball? Is that red ball round? It can wear down to a smaller size and also get stuck, if its oblong or worn down to small you'll need to replace it.

I Love that it takes longer to open a package for a repair on an Ego than it takes to actually fix the gun!
