If that is raw alum, it will scratch easily, and you will have severe breech wear and other wear related issues.
Chrome plating would have been a better route, then your tolerances would be off.

Meh I hated my polished dm cuz it scratched all the time... It's cool I guess... Just don't play paintball with it
