Bolt creeps back

After a trigger pull, my bolt creeps back to position after moving forward, causing leaks. Things I've tried:

1. Replaced orings on the inserts, and making sure the inserts line up correctly.
2. Replaced bolt setup with another setup.
3. Changing batteries.

The settings have never been changed, the gun itself has been in a case for about 6 months. Thanks ahead for your input.

Maybe your solenoid needs lube.

So you've tried another engine and the bolt in that engine did the same thing ? If so then it would about have to be mood or inserts or possibly the reg not putting out enough pressure to push the bolt back, especially if the bolt is sprung.

Are you sure the pressure is high enough?

Pressure is at 160.

No IPR kit.

I don't think it's the regulator. I will try to install another solenoid to see if it changes anything. Can't help thinking there is something wrong with the inserts though. I've tried flushing it, then installing it 2 threads in.

Should I increase the pressure to 180? It's a sprung HE bolt.

If its a long body then the threads should be about 3 in. It wouldn't hurt to up your pressure to 180 to see if it changes anything.

No mods to the bolt guide. It's a hybrid bolt guide. I flushed it with the body.

Turns out it was a blown solenoid. Is it easy to rebuild? Or should I just get another?

Hit up Seth at shockerrepair@gmail.com he should be able to help you out with rebuilding the noid. Most of the ones I've come across are about 100 for a new one. You might just need new orings or a butterfly gasket to fix the issue but he will know more of the fix for you.
