Ok, so a recent project has landed a cobra 45 frame in my hands. The frame was dremeled to fit a DM board and buttons. I plan on tig welding the button holes that wont be used, then re-anno.
My question is does anyone know exactly what grade aluminum the frame is made from? I appreciate your help.
And maybe cuz you want to see the goods (or bad)

lol my friend, who had too much time on his hands and no experience with a dremel. He had decided to go with a dm5 frame and board for his speed demon anyways.
When I'm done with it, you wont even know

Pretty sure it's 6061 - that's probably the most common aluminum alloy used in paintball (with the exception of Smart Parts).

Make sure you take before and after pics and post up. Slap your buddy while your at it.
