Brand New Dangerous Power G5 Marker??? $275 FAIR?
Hey guys. Been trying to sell my brand new, factory sealed Dangerous Power G5 for $300 with no bites. The gun sells for $360 after taxes. If $300 isn't a steal on this gun, what is a fair price to ask? I wish I could have bought it for $300.
Thanks.
UPDATE>>> OKAY GUYS, TOOK YOUR ADVICE TODAY. LOWERED MY PRICE TO $275 ON MY NEW G5. I WILL NOT GO LOWER.

Sadly, It's a dp.
Which means the moment that your not an approved retailer, Your price drops dramastically.
For the price, Just keep it, use as a loaner or as a back up. In about a year you'll be able to sell it for 230-250 maybe even 275 depending on if you upped it. But you'll also have another marker to use.

Unfortunately DP has a very poor reputation. I'd say $250-$275 would be what you could get for it.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I'll keep it at $300. Not sure I understand about being a retailer. I bought the gun from zephyrpaintball.com. From what I'm told, they sell more paintball markers than anyone. Oh well. Thanks again for the info.

I don't know why people are such DP haters. For the price, they are decent guns. I own a G3 and a G4 and several high end guns. There are people like Yeti who are selling new G5's for $260. It sucks that you bought yours at full retail, but it's how it goes sometimes. PB gear is rarely an investment that you will make money on. If you are dyeing to get out of the gun, then bite the bullet and sell it for around $260. Have any pics? That will help too.

I have to agree. I don't know why DP gets such a bad rap. I own a DP Fusion FX and it has the OLED board and absolutely rips paint. It's not as quiet as my DM12 but i don't expect it to be. It was my main marker until I go the DM12 and now I'm hesitant to get rid of it because it makes a reliable back up. For the price and features, you can't beat a DP Fusion FX.

The G series of the DP are absolutely terrible. One problem after the other out of the box. I've heard that they improved upon their past mistakes with the G5 though, but I would never buy a g5, when there are much nicer guns in the price range. Also, their customer service is terrible.
