Shockwave - need help setting dwell

Hey guys - New Mini owner here.

I'm trying to tune my Mini and I need to know what color the dwell is for setting the board. I tried to download the manual but I have dial-up and it keeps locking up.

I will get the manual at wrk on Monday but would like to try to mess with it until then and try to get it set up.
