Hands-free cheating (with nano-technology)

i don't condone or participate in wiping hits, but i thought this product was very interesting and couldn't help but relate it to paintball.

depending on what you apply it to (anything) you'd never show a hit again....ever.

i've got a feeling stuff like this will be used, abused, and banned in the next few years.

i spent about 5 minutes drunk-google'ing around the web for it last night. seems like it only comes in large (gallon-ish) type containers, which probably wouldn't break the bank for a team.

Refs might get a bit suspicious when even the splatter just rolls off your jersey.

Notice the "hydro" part.
As far as I know paintballs are made of mostly oil.
There should be enough paint even if most of it rolls off.

You can see in the oil test there still is some staining, so I don't really see this being abused.

I wonder how this product would affect heat dissipation.

the oil that stained a lil looked like straight motor oil. did you notice how the paint just flowed right off the funnel? i know our paint makeup and that of regular paint is different, but i def see this stuff "working" with paintballs.

Now refs are going to have to shoot every player and marker/hopper before a match to make sure they are legit, lol

Though, paaintballs are mostly glycol not oil. I want to coat my gun boards in this, never worry about paint in your grips again
EDIT: Watched the end of the video, it would work but as soon as you washed your gear it would wash it off

You wash your gear?

But hey, you only need it for about five tournaments. Just re-apply it.

Considering it puts a White Film over everything.... I would rather not ruin anything but my boots/shoes.
