In my opinion, it's down to your preference.
The Pinokio has a higher capacity but it sits an inch taller and the weight is higher, meaning it's a little bit more difficult to gunfight with a full loader. The Pinokio is less likely to jam, but the Halo is supposed to be faster.
Honestly, it's down to how good you can handle a marker. If you can snap shoot pretty well, I'd say Pinokio, if you notice a difference when you snap with a more top heavy setup I'd say Halo.
