Nobody has decided if the extended reg grips would be sold separately. The spool engine will be available in black as the standard. I'm sure there will be a price difference for the other colors.
The bolt tip is just anodized red. Not a "supercharger"
Hope this helps!
Thanks Tim. Push them to release that front reg extender!
Noob question: what would be the advantage of having this feature besides cost savings? I understand now you can have a Spoolie and an inline poppet in one gun, but in a game or a tournament, what are some of the situations where you would want to swap between engines?

My guess is the difference in shot count between the two engines.

Its more so you don't have to buy two separate $1250+ highends to get different types of performance. In a big scenario game you want efficiency (poppet), and at say an indoor speedball field you want a spool as its quiet and you can fill between games.

In my experience, poppets always seemed to be more efficient, where spools always seemed to be nicer to brittle paint.

there aren't any. i dont think this is meant so you can swap them on the fly.
for x-ball/speedball i like spool valve guns because of the incredibly smooth shot. on the other hand, im recently getting into scenario play where i dont care about a smooth shot and instead want something that will allow me to shoot a ton of paint without needing to refill my tank.
you would run whichever bolt suits your needs for that day.
