Pretty much everyone has them on the board. If they don't they probably have a button for tournament lock. But a DIP switch allows you to tell from looking at it if the board is locked, and can be used to control other board funtions as well.
Thanks guys...I should have said why do they not make a stock board that has trigger control to change the modes without opening the grip. I had to buy an aftermarket to do that.
