I know its not user serviceable but can you put oil in for orings if so what do you recommend and how much thanks

Yes, either Gold Cup, PE oil, or most SYNTHETIC air tool oils (those that have no petroleum in them, gotta look up that on your own). One or two drops where the little holes are in the bottom right below the brass bit where the tank screws in.
