Ok guys and gals. I'm posting this for a friend of mine. He has an ego 11 and several different tanks. But when he uses his ninja tank with ninja reg his gun is shooting like 4-5 bps slower. We tried different tanks and regs but only the ninja causes the gun to shoot slower. Any ideas?

It would help to know what kind of ninja tank and regulator. Is it a normal reg, slp, pro?

Ask Rob from ninja Paintball,the only thing i can think of is that the pressures either too low becuz from what I understand ego 11's work better with HP then LP. And since his is normal it should be around 550psi from what i understand? Get his reg tested to see if this is off.

Im wondering if the regulator needs a cleaning and relube job. How are you measuring the bps rate? What mode of fire are you using?

Not so much...I have my adjustable ninja reg with no shims = +\- 420-30 psi on my 11...sls and sl94 and I am consistent over the chrono and no drop off during streams of paint. The sl3 regulator can use any input pressure...sometimes even the slp reg.

It all depends Some guns operate much better than others depending on what you have on it or how well its maintained, temperature, how much you fill it etc etc

Tank pressure should have no impact on the actual speed of the marker unless something is starving the marker for air. I would do what Rob recommends and do a cleaning and relubing.

Something tells me you need your Ninja reg serviced. I have ran my ego 11, geo 2 and even an SL94 I got rid of not too long ago on a normal, LP and even SLP Ninja regs with no issues.

Uncapped semi and going off the readings that the board is putting off.

Very interesting. Not sure whats going on and its going to be tough for me to determine what could be causing the issue if I dont have the regulator in front of me. Just as a quick option, try the cleaning/relubing.

Pressure will not have any affect on ROF unless you're getting shootdown under rapid fire or can't chrono past a certain speed, unless you're using something like an Automag with RT.

Which regulator are you using from Ninja?
