Every tank is different, keep in mind the red shims equate to more pressure than the silver shims. I'd recommend starting with removing a red and silver shim and plugging the tank into something with a gauge, you're looking for between 450 and 550psi.
Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong, I know these are A1 settings, not sure about fly but it should be the same.

All red shims would put you at LP. I'd leave one and stay mid. That way if you use any other markers your set with one tank.

I like this idea. I left all the silver shims and took out both red ones (~500). I think I'll try and put one red back in (~650).

You are better off closer to 500 than 650. On MOST Ninja, tanks, take out both Red shims, and leave any silver ones, usually will end up 500-550 psi. Only way to know for sure is to throw a gauge on it.

I took out all the silver / red washers, and just run with the spring and have 0 issues.

Low pressure Angels run well at 450 psi. As long as my output pressure going into mine is/was at 450 psi with everything else where I want it they are golden.

That's really the long and short of it. Anything from 450 psi to 650 psi will run the gun just fine. Removing all the red shims is a surefire way to get yourself somewhere near the middle of that range. If you're that terribly worried about it and want to verify your output pressure, you're going to have to put a gauge on your ASA.

You know it's going to be a good vid when it starts out with a retarded recommendation to use legacy air systems on modern high end guns because you can also use them on low end field rentals...
What it should have read is: Unless you are planning to use your air system interchangeably between a blowback or Automag and a high end EP, LP or MP is just dandy. There isn't a modern high or even mid range EP gun that requires HP.
