It's in page 4 of the manual. About every 6 months or 20 cases. You can find the manual here

She doesn't want to unscrew I know it's reversed but should I really have to turn so hard the Allen keys hurt my hands

There are either wrench flats (2012) or hex flats (2011) on the back of the LPR on a G6R. Use those.
If you're not talking about a G6R I'm pretty sure previous Timmies were not reverse threaded on the LPRs.

What do you mean "Doesn't work" the thing is threaded it will unscrew eventually provided you're turning it the right way. Use a vice or some pliers on the allen keys (or I guess on the LPR itself if you don't mind scratching the ever living **** out of it) and see if that gives you the leverage you need.
There's no other way to get the LPR apart other than to unscrew it.

I mean with the Allen keys the thing won't loosen no matter how hard or how long I try.

Do you have pliers? You can get more torque with a longer lever arm so clamp one side down with the allen in it and then use pliers on the other allen to extend the lever.
Otherwise I don't know what to tell you other than just let it be. Unless you're noticing regulator issues like drop off or inconsistency you don't really need to mess with it.

If you have a bench vise, clamp one allen key into the vise then set the LPR onto the key then with the other key use some muscles.

i saw that but just because someone said they are reverse threaded doesnt mean that you are actually trying to turn them the right way. i remember the first time i tried taking the lpr apart and i had to actually think about it before trying to unscrew them because its not the natural way to unscrew something.
btw it does take a reasonable amount of force to unscrew them. i just took my 2k12's lpr apart for the first time an i had one hell of a time getting it apart. just be patient and use your head. dont do anything stupid that may ruin your lpr.
edit: to be honest i kinda wish i had the old 2k11 lpr back. i dont like using a wrench to undo it. if it happens to slip the wrong way then you can seriosly nick you lpr.

Wait is it a 2012? I thought I remembered them changing the dissassembly of them from the first G6Rs.
Don't jack it up by forcing it too much. I have seen the LPR's go far longer without servicing in the past so if you are having extreme difficulty, just keep using it if it is working fine until you have some time to send it in somewhere.
