For some reason Empire loves to drench their Snipers with Dow 33 from the factory.

Would it be safe to use Dow 33 on every part of the gun that requires lube and oil?

It would be safe to lube your reg (though it won't likely need service for at least a year).
Nothing else on the gun should ever need lube, just cleaning.

Nothing. Those are best left dry, particularly in a half/mid block body. The bolt is delrin, it should self-lubricate.

So when I maintenance it in the next couple months I should just take the internals out and wipe them down, and run a swab through the inside?
The gun came with lube all over the bolt, should I wipe that off?

If you find that you're having particularly low velocity or a rough stroke, check and clean the main guide rod, then the bolt and hammer. You'll have to readjust the hammer upon replacement, though.
You could probably leave the bolt grease, but you don't want any past the front bolt o-ring. It sticks to paintballs like broken paint.

I owned an Empire Sniper for 10 months and the only thing I ever lubricated was the hammer. After cleaning the marker, I would put 2 drops of Tri-Flow on the hammer. In a mid-block or half-block cocker, you do not want to use a thick lubricant like Hater Sauce (or Marmalade) or Sleek. The open slot in the body allows dirt and debris to get into the hammer area and thicker lubes will grab and hold onto it. Over time, the debris can build up affecting the performance of the marker or even scarring the inside of the lower tube. Delrin bolts require no lubrication.

Virtually any lube will collect dirt and cause wear over time. Keep it clean, keep it smooth.
