weight machine workout plans
As we all know the gyms at colleges are often crowded and its hard to get reps in. My alternative to the campus gym is the weight room at my apartment complex but it only offers weight machines.
Anyone have workout routines for weight machines? Im trying to build muscle mass and strength and am just starting out. Im 6'1 and 145lbs with a low body fat percentage. I know not having much body fat is a problem and I have to rely on mass builders and what not but I figured I would try getting my body mass up since I gotta impress the college ladies.
machines available are:
lat pull down/rowing
sit-down bike pedal
multi-purpose with adjustable heights for the ropes
