Hey, me and my friend both have ego 11's. When my friend shoots his it makes a tinging noise and mine doesnt. Is this a problem that he will have to get fixed or is that normal for some ego's.

The ting is probably coming from you air tank.
Swap with another tank to check it.

First we should know, are your Ego 11's identical? Are all settings the same, are you using the same barrels, are you using the same tanks...etc.

jantje is correct here, if your friend is a using a tank with a Guerilla regulator on it, that is probably the reason he is hearing the noise. Guerilla regulators are very notorious for this ting noise on any marker it's used on.

Some do it some don't. They were at one point replacing parts to stop them from pining. There is no performance issue other then the annoying noise. I wouldn't worry about it.
