Cracked Ninja tank

Hi. I have got brand new tank from Ninja last summer.
I've never used this tank before.
And I got the tank from the box on past week and I saw the cracked tank.
Last Friday(Jan 25, 2013) I wrote a message to warranty department of Ninja, but nobody replied to me yet.
What should I do in this case?

Contact Ninja again. It probably just slipped through the cracks unfortunately. Or call them up and talk directly to somebody so they know you submitted the warranty and perhaps they can just pull it up or have you resubmit it and keep an eye out for you.

You can just go to their website and fill out the cracked bottle warranty sheet. Once you have that filled out it will give you a prepaid ups shipping label. Print that out and take the tank to a ups store. It will be returned to you in about 2 weeks.
I did it with both my tanks. Its very easy.

Please allow our company and our bottle manufacturer 24 hours to respond.
