Bunkering-Don't shoot until you can actually see him. Running and shooting at the same time will give your position away. Learn to switch hands and shoot. Play tight, communication, etc

Don't take it personally if you get shot a lot, there's usually a lot more paint flying in a lot smaller space.
Be aggressive first, and learn to be patient later. You will learn more, and have a good bit more success, trying to be aggressive and press the field early in your experience with speedball.
Try to think less and react more. Not that you shouldn't use your head out there, but a lot of players get hung up thinking about whether or not they should do something, and end up missing their chance to do it. If you see an opening, take it. If you need to go bunker a guy, do it.
If you're not catching any heat, you probably should move up the field.
Scream your head off to communicate, then take a second to actually LISTEN.
Paintball has fundamental skills, just like every other sport, take the time to learn them, and apply them.
Learn the art of control. What does that mean? It means using your gun and your movement, and your voice so that you are always in control of what's going on around you. As the old saying goes. "He who dares wins".
Be patient though, no matter what it takes a while to get your game head on. Which means getting to the point where you're comfortable with the pace of the game and not too nervous to form coherent thoughts lol. Everyone hits that point at different times.
Here's another saying. "To imitate is to create". In other words....watch what the better players do, and then do the same thing. If you get shot out of a game don't go back to your table and clean up right away, watch the rest of the game and learn why you lost.
Finally my last lame saying of the day. "He who goes into battle determined to live, will surely perish. He who goes into battle with no fear of death, shall win the day".
Ok.....old guy tossing out quotes. I know it sounds lame but this stuff applies to paintball, trust me.
one of the biggest things i've seen alot of newer players do is when their bunkers are taking alot of shots they will just call out, don't let the volume of paint scare you into calling out. I tell players all the time that if you can't shoot you can always distract so scream and communicate alot. above all, have fun

Here is a video I posted last night in another thread.
I'll be gentle since you're new and post it here, but in the future look around just a little bit because this thread was literally on he first page of this forum
You might want to try and find there discussion forum on the "field/stores" thread. If they're on pbnation there's probably people talking in that forum.

I googled that field and all I found was ASG Paintball in Colton California. That particular field is not on pbnation but I'm not even 100% that's the field you're talking about. Little more info might help me to help you my friend.
