It's somewhat surprising that this kind of thing even needs to be said, but a lot of experienced players, in my observation, don't have a problem playing against (and stomping on) newer players, and a lot of refs are perfectly fine with this. So here we go.

About seven, eight years ago, yeah. Didn't we all? Been a while. Does that make it okay, a good thing to do? Does it mean we, experienced players, ought to do it from the other side of the ball? I should hope not. We've all seen plenty of kids' days ruined by BS.

Instead of posting a video on youtube, you probably should have said everything you said on this video to the field owner or the refs at your field. Just saying
Done and done. Refs, regulars who were reluctant to split up, at a few different fields. They got the same message. Don't worry, I'm not one to keep my opinions to myself, electronically or in person.

Well said, when I play recball I play hard against the experienced players and shot them wherever I can, but for the noobs, young guns (10 and under) and the renters, I try to shoot for the hoppers, shoes and guns because I want them to come back to the field and stay in paintball till they get some experience under their belt.
