Just picked up a classic timmy locally.

It is missing the front frame screw. Anybody know the size and length?

Guy said it had a Juit bolt in it. I know Juit was a guy on the forums who made bolts. Is this one of his? Any cool info on it?

Is this an aftermarket ram? The bumper pretty much deteriorated. Is there an easy fix to this? Or is a new ram necessary?

The LPR on the dualies has a delrin piston. Any significance?

Frame screws are 10-32 thread, I'm sorry but I don't know what length.

Can't confirm whether it's a juit bolt or not, but it's certainly styled like his gen5 bolts.

Looks like the stock ram, the easy fix to broken down bumpers is getting more of them, they're just about dirt cheap.

The delrin piston will cut down on wear on the internal surface of the LPR and possibly improve recharge due to reduced mass, don't know how much though, it could be negligible.

Be sure to lube everything with DOW55 except for the bolt, which in this case seems oringless, so it doesn't need any kind of lube.

Agreed, looks stock. I'd just get an adjustable ram cap (like the Hybrid ones) and then you don't need the rubber bumper.

I'd leave it as is if you have the stock board, if you have a WAS (or other than stock) board then it might be worth considering.

I'd recommend getting an LED gen2 or later model if you're going to try & squeeze the last bit of performance out of the marker, the ergonomics on the classic aren't the best.

Yeah it has a WAS 2.9. Not 100% if its that version.

It will be a wall hanger for now, so not really trying to get performance. But for $25 + shipping it doesn't seem like too much for something if its worth just having it in there.

I would get a frenzy board and swap it so I can build a monster 2k2 with the WAS board, but then that's me, I've been building my 2k5 for the last 3 years. IMO a wall hanger doesn't need to be smooth, it can just sit there & look pretty & no one will know the difference, since it's not getting any use. On a different note, if you ever decide to build a gen3, you'd already have an eigenram if you do get it; choices, choices, choices.

Is the front frame screw longer or same length as the back frame screw on the classic?

They seem the same to me, but I am concerned about puncturing the sleeve.
