late at night game tomorrow... need bolt help
I have a darq with a super charged engine. It appears I have the disconnect bolt however it is pretty much stuck on there. I have no idea how to get it off. It appears as though its loctited on in which case I will be very very unhappy with the seller. Is there something I am missing? The bolt should just slide off correct? it also appears that its slightly off center. The gun was running fine but I went to adjust my reg settings and i cleaned it and lubed it (outside only) gun wouldnt cylce. Any late night techs out there?

I don't think the supercharged kits used threaded bolts, but i suppose it's possible. if it's got lock tite on it, use a little bit of heat from a hear dryer, or use some muscle.
The QD bolts I had just slid off. You should be able to see a notch on them that the rod slides into an locks into place. Sometimes it's a little bit tricky to get it detached, but after a min or saw it was pretty obvious.

It looks just like the other QD bolts. It doesnt make any sense to be structured this way if it was threaded. I will try getting some heat on it and seeing if I cant get it off. Makes it tricky to lube the poppit when I cant get the can off.

Take the engine and lay the bolt on a hard wooden surface, and with the ram pushed in all the way and the slot facing down use your hand to hit the edge of the canister.

No there is a traveling tech at my local field. I go tomorrow to see if it works. I will get him to show me how to get it off. But I am prety sure that it was something unusual going on. It shouldnt have been that difficult. It is called a "quick" disconnect...
