Machine Customer Service
So i recently bought a V3 Vapor off the BST forum and after about a case of paint which shot fine it developed a leak in the breach, more than likely my fault, any how I contacted Machine customer service and they responded within 15 minutes.
They gave several suggestion for a fix however i was frustrated and elected to send it in to them. Not only did they fix it they sent me a nice photo and explanation of the o-ring in question. After only about 1 week I had got my marker back aired it up and it ripped!!
I guess what i want everyone to know is that Machine may of had a bad run at the beginning but they are not giving up they continue to stand by their product. All in all I'm looking forward to getting more time behind the marker but the company impressed me with their service they did not charge me for a repair only for shipping.
Never too old to be back in the game!!
