Just got a very well used EGO 8. Shoots great however I was wondering if there is any maintenance that I should do just because it has been heavily "loved". This is my first EGO, are there any necessary spare parts I should order now to have in my gear bag?

Spare detents, an oring rebuild kit (5$ on ans right now).

For maintainance go to YouTube and search.

Basically clean the ram, HPR, LPR, eyes and relube all. Besides the eyes of course.

Thanks for the info. One last thing. The membrane pad is loose, do replacements come with an adhesive backing or do I need to use a certain glue?

I'm not sure on that. I'd contact planet eclipse.

Found out the pads come with the glue pre-applied. Just adding this to close out the thread and answer the question for people that search.

Rubber cement for the membrane. Don't fix it if it isn't broke.

Get a pair of qev diaphragms. If they have not already been changed out, they will need to be at some point fairly soon. And Reg pistons if you are going to keep it awhile.
