I have a Lapco Big Shot Apex barrel and wish to put a Apex 2 on it, will it fit? I heard conflicting things... Thanks!

You mean will the apex threads work? yes, any old Apex 1 barrel thread will accept an Apex 2 barrel, BUT, they are NOT backwards compatible, so if you have an Apex 2 barrel, it WILL NOT accept an Apex 1 tip...

the original apex 1 barrel is shown in the top of this picture (camo) and the new Apex 2 barrel is at the bottom, you can see the threads, which are the same distance apart, so you can use an Apex 2 tip on either barrel, but since the Apex 1 tip has a wider area at the last piece, it won't work on the newer Apex 2 barrels.
