Worn out return spring
The luxe I purchased was pro used. It seems like the spring in the bolt is really worn down its not very springy and advice?

buy a new bolt would be my advice or take out the spring

The spring may have broke inside. Which could be why it's not as "springy" as before.

Be warned: the spring is damn near impossible to get out with regular allen keys because of how long it is.
I went to three bike shops and two hardware stores to try and find a wrench long enough and could not find one. I ended up getting a guy to custom make a tool with my allen key.

Also, I meant to post this before: Call DLX before you go and buy a spring from a 3rd party. When I called they were very helpful and mailed me a new spring, their CS is awesome even if installing their spring is a pain in the rear.

just call DLX they will send you a new spring most lkely, they are the best customer support I have ever delt with.
