What you see there is from the exact files we sent to the machinist.

Every part is different then our previous design, but most of that is the externals and related. The piston design, o-rings used and related are just from the mule, with small tweaks. For example - the piston is now a 2 part. Why? We had some small wear issues on the aluminum piston from the spring and the pin mount. They were very small, but we decided to go with a Stainless tip to the piston so we could make sure those parts lasted far longer then 2 years of abuse. It makes it a bit more complicated and expensive. But it also allows up us to open out the air path a bit, and the communication/fill path through the piston.

You really are thinking long term... just make sure you don't release it too perfect so there is no upgrade path

After talking with the guys at J4 I love what the company is doing and has plans to do. This is going to be a great year for paintball.

All of my design work is done. They just have some milling to finish (the last parts are on the machines right now) and shipping it out. Everything else is ready. Production starts after shakedown of these 10.

Well, it is rounded on the front?? 8mm rads on a 19mm wide foregrip? If you are asking about the bottom, the plug can be replaced with a rounded one...but no, not now.

We did put some screws on there so anybody can put on a set of wrap around grip covers on the front, with finger grooves or otherwise. And the real fun part we will let people know about at Living Legends.

It was a comment on another forum... rather than being Axe-like for the front grip, give it some milling so it doesn't feel slippery... if you know what I mean..

aaah I see the holes

mmmm sounds ideal!!

arrghh i have to wait until LL?! Darn you Americans and your big games

Waitwaitwait, as in "we'll be offering a few styles of interchangeable grip covers," or as in "those are 8-32 holes spaced for .45-style grips, knock yourselves out"? Because the second one would be pretty darn cool. I was wondering what those holes were for...

If I remember correctly, the fore grip is only an air reserve chamber, correct? Is it also a separate part from the frame, or are they one piece?

It appears to be one piece.

I kinda want to see one rendered in dark purple/black.

I was wondering this same thing, in the video and the rendering it is said to be one piece.

But the milled frame picture shows it separated. And he even said its from the exact files they sent the machinist. I'm not concerned either way, but i was curious.

The foregrip is a separate piece. It is the air chamber.

Aren't we all wondering that, haha. I don't think a price will be given until it's released and shown off at Living Legends.
