Same here, its in mid-high 30's now with a high of mid 40's. Been raining for hours. Not that I'm complaining, I'll take rain over snow any day without exception.
Edit : That was kind of my point Punks, Maryland is terrified of snow. Pretty sure the worst drivers in the world live here and if there's any white stuff on the ground they just go full on retard.

I used to live in canada we got almost 2 feet in one night and they didnt plow schools shut but no state of emergency

That's a main street or a development? If that's a development road highways should be fine.
Edit : Nevermind I see you said main road. Still doesn't look too bad though. You've got more on the way though I think.

that's the main highway that runs through town, my house is right in the middle of the downtown area. I can see Canada from my front porch.
