Etek 4 circuit board

hey guys,

just a quick question i bought a etek 4 and in the state of Victoria in Australia the board is locked so i can't use ramping modes. so I've been looking for a new unlocked eclipse board to switch them. I normally play out of the state where ramping is fine to use but every time i go up there i can only use semi as it is locked.

if any one could point me in the right direction to get one that would be awesome.

thanks

huh, never heard of that before. You may just want to upgrade to an OLED board. It'll probably be worth it after how much you'd pay for a new board.

Are you sure the tourney lock isn't just turned on? there's a little dip switch on the board to turn it off?

Ramping is locked out in Australia due to legal restrictions.

But should a company build to regulate to some states or just do something that's legal in all states?

My suggestion is to just contact PE and see if you can get a board.

Yep. You should be good with that, just make sure that it's not regionally restricted like the one that you have now.

Email nick.t@planeteclipse.com and he will make sure that you're put in touch with the right guy.

The Etek 3 board will work but you will probably have to increase the dwell slightly to get good consistency.
