Some friends of mine have finished development of
a new 2" foam round and have asked me to see if I
can locate some Beta Testers to test them out. Here
is a shot of what they look like -




Here's what they're looking for from you in order
to become a tester..

You need to be able to crony the rounds @ various
pressures and report range results measured up to
400'with a 2" SCH40 PVC barrel or equivalent, no
40mm gas shell launchers

To be considered please summit a photo and your
launcher specs to Sales@milsimlabs.com along with;
1. barrel length
2. expansion chamber dimensions

i have a metadyne and JCS launchers, and am interested in testing...

I believe you need to email them r_clarke. Has anyone tried them yet? They look like they may end up tumbling instead of flying straight.

HazMat,
These look very similar if not exactly like some I had years
ago. The drawback then, as you suggest, was that if you
launched them too fast, they'd almost flip as they came out
of the bore, but then they straightened out and flew true.
The type I had didn't have anything to stiffen them like you
have with the Nerfs. The solution was to mold in a plastic
straw and that seemed to help. Again, can't speak to how
these will perform.

If you can get some to me, I will disperse them to Zeke and Flight (who you know from D-Day) who have Metadyne launchers and use them on a regular basis. They will give those rockets a thorough work over including in-game use at nerf-AT games.
