So a crack appeared in my ninja tank a few months ago. I asked a field tech if it was safe and he said yes so I didn't think much of it. Since then another crack has appeared in my tank so im just thinking that there might be something very wrong with my tank. Any suggestions?

Explain the situation and be ready to send the tank in more then likely. It's a defect in the outer gel coating layer which is a cosmetic layer. As long as the inner clear coat is not damaged and the fiber matrix is not exposed it is still safe to use.

fill out the fields, click process return, print UPS label, send bottle to our bottle manufacture and within 3-5 days of receiving it, they will remove the gel coat, apply a new formula, cure it, remount your regulator and also pay for return shipping.

As long as the fibers under the gel coat are not damaged and the bottle was not dropped causing the damage, the bottle is still 100% safe to use and the cracks will not affect the safety or performance of your Ninja system.

But if you go through the warranty process, no matter how old your bottle is, we will have our bottle manufacturer take care of you at no charge to you.
