Please help getting irritated
Okay my dm6 just started having a quiet leak at the solenoid for about a few months now i tried everything rebuilt all orings a few times, got a new gasket. I'm just getting so irritated I'm about to give up. I put my thumb over the solenoid where the sticker is and you can tell its leaking from those sides. Any ideas? Please help.

There are a couple threads going about solenoid leaks, it will be caused by one of the things described in those threads. If you have checked everything from the bolt, on/off, LPR, air channel plugs and pressure settings, then either the solenoid itself is leaking or you missed something.

There are urethane rings in between the parts of the solenoid. Have you tried taking apart the noid itself? Maybe the seals aren't sitting right.. You could put a little dow33 on them and see what happens.

Alright... just cause mine just had a issue just like this.. i ripped my gun apart a hundred times trying to find leak... i thought it was noid too. I ordered new gaskets and found out it was the #6 oring inside the lpr.. that was cracked and causing the air to seem like the noid was leaking.

Taking the noid apart rarely ever makes it better. The SMC's don't like to be fondled much lol.
That being said........get a bottle of water with a tiny bit of dish soap in it. Then spray around the noid. You'll see where the leak is very specifically because bubbles or spray will form in that area. If it's on the noid......you'll need a new one most likely.
Other than that, make sure you noid is screwed on level and with even pressure on both screws. If it's on lob-sided it will leak out the gasket.
