I saw that a while back, it pops up every now and then in the tanks section when people discuss swapping regs and all the other things that inevitably lead to this exact thing happening.

.. i was doing electrical yesterday .. and someone wired a old circuit up backwards.. so i goto hook up a 3 way switch .. pull my neutrals together .. BOOM flames all over .. lol
i go up stairs and fixed it .... lol
