Does any one know if the 2011 pmr can use a 2007 pmr ultra lite frame?

They ARE compatable.

They are 2 different frames. On the 2008 the regulator goes through the frame. On the 2011 the regulator connects straight to the body without going through the frame

alright so i have a 2012 rail, and i wanna make it the best possible! i have a dye rotor hopper with a speedfeed, i have a stiffi 14'' inch carbon fiber barrel, and a empire 68/4500 carbon fiber tank! i need bolt, asa, trigger, feedneck, and air tank recommendations! Reply if you have any!

sounds good the way it is. put some money into paint and practice. what you have is competitive with anything on the market. get out there and play.
