EDIT: Fixed thanks to gutgut2hi68's posted video. just replaced the piston's o-ring and it aired up like a charm then went back and replaced a couple more o-rings just because I can. thanks!

I'm having a small leak from inside my sft maxflo reg and have all the o-rings to rebuild it. Just wondering if theres a guide on here (couldnt find one) or if it's as simple as tearing it apart and putting it together? I'm pretty savvy just wondering if theres anything special I should watch out for.

When I first air it up theres an initial "pop" sound from inside the reg and then it shoots fine but theres a leak from inside.

TL;DR: anything specific I need to be cautious of when rebuilding maxflo inline reg or is it all pretty simple?

If you look in the sticky, there is a take apart guide for relubing. Otherwise, go onto zdspb.com where it will also have o-ring sizes, etc.

Just be careful. The threading is very long and you can easily cut up your o-ring while putting it back together.

yea i did that a few times..is it leaking out ofthe bottom? if so its the oring on the brass piston..i recently rebuild 3 of them got them all working great with 1 to 2 orings...make sure the poppit spring and guide is super clean and the oring thats on the brass thing in the bottom half (unsure of the name) is good and greased and you should be good to go

No not out the bottom, sounds like inside the reg. can't feel any air coming out the bottom
