Im just getting back into paintball after a LONG hiatus and decided to get the marker that I always loved ever since I got into paintball and had my old old spyder xtra, the MacDev cyborg. Unfortunately, they are hard to come by and a bit outdated, so I decided to get a clone GT. Gotta say, I'm amped to get it in the mail, but my question for you guys is is there anything I should do to it before I take it out to the field? I have heard that they come with a bit too much lube on them when they arrive but wanted to check with you all, so any tips or suggestions?

I would shoot about a tank of air through it and then break down the drivetrain and relube. Then just shoot it and enjoy! You can certainly play with it with the factory lube on there. The factory o-rings will take a few cases or more to break in so just give them a little bit of time to do that, and it will continue to smooth out and your efficiency #'s should increase as well once they're broken in.
