i got this paintball gun for free from a friend of mine that left for college. Since i was getting into paintball he gave me his gun for free! I dont know if its good or bad. I didnt even use it yet. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this paintball gun and any advice for which lube for it and where to put it on the gun. If you guys have a link that has like a manual for how to keep care of this paintball gun that would be nice thanks!

By the way i think the gun is called graphite nexus ego.. idk

That's a 1 of 7 graphite fade nexus ego 06. Old gun, still nice. Hard to find parts for that year though. I'd say it's worth around $200-$250 at least. But yea, as long as it works, it's solid

just bring it to a local field and ask them to clean it it will only cost you like 20 dollars and they can show you how to do it.

Right you are. 2006 Nexus Ego (made by Planet Eclipse) as stated above. For the most part it's an '06 Ego with custom milling.

Before you do anything with it, read the manual front to back.

Next, read through the Ego forum ultimate sticky. This contains a wealth of information about your marker and how to take care of it.

After you're done, get some ego oil (air tool oil will suffice) and clean the rammer. Change the battery with a brand new, name brand 9 volt. Do not mess with the settings until you have an experienced player with you. That's a very nice marker to get, especially for free.

Ony thing I'd do is slap a cure 3 bolt in it. If it doesn't already have one.......did he say if he upgraded it?
