Camo powdercoat?

Ok, so I know I can buy the 2 reciever halves in the camo pattern for about $70 online. But I want to get this camo pattern on a different gun(not a tippmann). Anyone know who/where I can get this done? Is it a powdercoat or how is it done? Any links or info would be greatly appreciated.

Heres a pic just to make sure you know what im looking for.

a camo powder coat would be way up there for just a one of a kind job. the more colors in a powdercoat the worse, well thats the case with anything. with pc'ing they have to totally clean out the work area each time a diff color is used cause just one spec of a diff color dust could ruin it.
