I bought this mr1 off Ebay with an rocking trigger, delirum bolt, and drop down.

I changed the rocking trigger to my mr4 and but the stock trigger on.

But it won't fire without pulling the bolt every time.

Sounds like it might be your sear not catching. Try putting the RT frame on the mr1 and see if the problem still persists. If it does, try replacing the oring on the striker (red 19A).

What do you mean the e frame? It works fine on my mr4.



The mr1 does have a delirium bolt in it (which I have no idea what it does) could that be an issue?

Perhaps you mean the delrin bolt? It's just a plastic material that is self-lubricating and is lighter than stock aluminum bolts.

Which marker is the one having the issue? I'm assuming the mr1 is the problem child at the moment?

Is it machine gunning when you fire? Or is it just firing and doing nothing?

If its machine gunning, Check the striker oring. Replace and oil it. If it still persists, turn down the tension on the striker main spring.

If it's firing and doing nothing, check to make sure the striker buffer isn't between the striker and the valve.

Also, make sure to use the spyder rechargeable 9.6v batteries with the RT trigger frame to prevent any problems in that department. Spyder boards are very picky about whether or not they wish to work with regular 9v batteries. Usually they do not work at all or work very poorly.

Just curious, what hopper do you have for your mr4? I've never seen it before.

The gun is only shooting once. It does not machine gun or sputter just one single action shot.

I will try that too.

The eframe works fine I just purchased a new spyder battery.


The hopper is an empire sonic overdrive. I have yet to play with it.


Completley unrelated question, but would you guys suggest swapping the delrin bolt to my mr4 and pros or cons?

I'm really leaning towards it being the striker buffer being in between the striker and the valve. I have a feeling that the previous owner installed it wrong and caused the issue.

Does your delrin bolt have orings on it? I'd say it may be worth it to toss it in there and see how it does.

Does it fire with the rocking trigger on it? Im thinking either the sear, sear spring or the sear seat on the striker is worn out. Also, did you take the gun apart? Maybe the return spring is bad or missing.

Sadly the gun still has issues.

It does fire but maybe after 30-50 shots the gun will burp. Causing it to chop paint. But if I recock it, the gun will shoot for another hopper full.

The velocity spring is super soft and I will be ordering another one hopefully this is the problem.
