Hey guys my spacer rod is bent, and my plunger has multiple dents and dings... Would this make my bolt scratch? Because its pretty bad. If I buy a new plunger and spacer rod($40) would this fix the scratching?

The oring in the can SHOULDN'T allow it to rub on anything.

you sure there is not debris in the bolt area like sand? and i would say just buy the new parts and not have to worry about it. also some Strictly Paintball Magic Lube would do wonders in it!

Mine has a scratch there as well but zero other issues. Bolt is a cheap part from dye. Other bits can get expensive

I have that same scratch on mine.

No, but all i replaced was the bolt and the oring on the inside of the can, after that i didnt have a problem.

Whats odd is the length of the scratch and how localized it is.

i agree looks like something was rubbing maybe on the eye pipe? or the whole bolt system could be bent slightly and it localized the rubbing......

The scratches on the bolt in the pic look the same as you might find on any gun out there, usually caused by dirt/grit on the detents.

Yeah I dont know why its not around the entire bolt. I mean mine looks exactly like Blu's.
