Inexpensive/bulk #19A o-rings
I maintain a few former rental guns for a friend of mine. Mostly old spyder TL's. A few shredded some o-rings recently, so I went through and replaced them all with some 015 buna o-rings. I've used these many times on my guns with no problems, but I've noticed on the TLs it seems to cause excessive blowback and has been breaking balls in the hopper. I replaced the striker o-ring on 2 of them with actual kingman #19A urethane o-rings, and it fixed the issue. Unfortunately, I still have about 10 guns to go, and the cheapest I could find these things is $1.50 apiece plus shipping. Not too bad, honestly, if I were fixing 1 or 2, but I'd like to replace them all and have spares for all of them. Anybody know a place to get these in bulk? Needs to be the urethane ones, the buna rings arent cutting it for some reason on these guns.

I'd check locally, take one in to ACE hardware or a plumbing supply store.

I have the dimensions from the archived otter site, but does anyone know what durometer they are? I was thinking maybe 70, but some threads seem to suggest they're 90! Thanks for the link btw, but I wish they'd be a bit better about the description. Is it 4 #19A and 3 others, or are they all #19As with 3 different colored ones. Confusing, lol

I believe they are all 19A. I tried a tank o-ring on the striker and it wouldn't fire correctly. Put on the red 19A and no problems. It's something to do with the softness of the 19A o-ring.

Try a buna 70 with a polished striker on one of the tl's. With how loose kingman tolerances are, it's amazing (and annoying) what little things you can do to make them work.

I have buna 015 70s in them right now, I have 90s that I was thinking of trying too, but haven't yet. I went ahead and ordered some o-rings from punisherspb.com for $1.50 apiece, best prices could find on real urethane #19As
