Idea for trracer

Hey nation,
I have an idea about the trracer. Could i screw on a gen 2 cp reg to the bottleback asa. Then run a macro line kit to a cp direct mount asa on the bottom of the triggerframe. I was wondering because i have these parts lying around my house.

You could...but the trracer is a Nelson gun which likes high pressure. So if your reg is going to drop the pressure to the valve below 650 then your gun is going to suffer.

Your better option is to keep the bottom line asa and find an ASA to 1/8th addapter. they are pretty common and pretty cheap.

Yup.
Putting a regulator on a Trracer is definitely possible, but also totally unnecessary.

You can modify it to work on lower pressure, but the operative question is why?
