Can anyone film the PSP?

I play for a rookie team and we were thinking about filming a video of our team. I heard that there is a chance that no one will be able to film, including Truamahead, 720 and Derder, because OLN is buying all the rights. Anyone hear anything about this? Do you think they'll still allow us to film?

Thanks in advance for any info.

You probably can film, but you will not be able to sell it or put it on TV. You might not be able to film at all.

I don't see why they wouldn't. I mean as long as you arent planning on selling the video tape you should be fine. Freedom of Press or some jack like that But seriously.. I highly doubt that they would stop you.

raehl plays in the APPA D5 division
I would expect...

Although I'm not sure, that if you asked nicely you could get a pass to film your own team's games, at least for Prelims.

You can film any game of your team that you want as long as you stay on their side of the field, and the other team must approve. Atleast that is what they told us at Cup.

The PSP could make some bank on the side by selling the rights to video their tournament. I don't know if they charge Traumahead, Derder, or 720 to video tape though. Either way, OLN is a much bigger company with deeper pockets than any of the above mentioned companies.

I hate that leagues are excluding alot of companies from filming. I know it means more money for selling to the highest bidder (in this case TV) that goes to the leagues which, in turn, will be good for the player. However, I like my videos very much and it bums me out that there's getting to be slim pickings on what video production companies can film. It really sucks that the only video of NPPL I will see is coming from PBTV ( ).
If PSP puts these kind of restrictions on their games, then 04 will be hella lame.
